On a full charge, it delivers a range of up to 60 miles, offering about 32% more capacity than many other batteries on the market—giving you longer, safer, and worry-free rides.

Equipped with a 190mm oversized perforated disc rotor and standard dual-piston hydraulic calipers, braking distance is reduced by about 30% compared to other models. Pre Sale

1. Does my height suit the X1?

The recommended rider height is 4'2" - 6'0".

2. Do I need to assemble the bike?

We have already assembled 90% of the bike. You just need to tighten the wheel bolts, install the seat, and attach a few small components, and you'll be ready to go.

3. Why did I buy two e-bikes but only receive one tracking number or have them arrive at different times?

Since each e-bike is shipped separately, it’s possible that due to the shipping carrier, they may arrive at different times. Please don’t worry. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our customer service department for the latest updates.

4.What’s the Difference Between the X1 and X1 Max?

Frame & Tire Size
The X1 has a smaller frame and tire size, suitable for riders from 4'2" to 6'0".
The X1 Max features a larger frame and tires, fitting riders from 5'1" to 6'5".

Motor Power
The X1 Max is equipped with a 6000W motor, while the X1 comes with a 4000W motor.

Suspension Travel
The X1 Max offers longer suspension travel, providing better shock absorption and improved performance on rough terrain.

Maintenance & Accessories

1. Daily Maintenance

After heavy use, it’s recommended to clean and lubricate key components such as the chain, hubs, and suspension. For long-term storage, make sure to inflate the tires to prevent deformation.

2. Battery Maintenance

If not in use for an extended period, store the battery in a cool, dry place. Disconnect the cables to avoid excessive discharge, and charge the battery at least once every two months, keeping it between 60% and 80% charged.

3. Can Replacement Parts or Accessories Be Purchased Separately?

Yes, we offer compatible accessories and replacement parts. If you are using third-party modification parts, please ensure their compatibility with our products.
