To prevent credit card fraud, your bank may decline the transaction during checkout.

We recommend contacting your bank or card issuer in advance to inform them of your purchase, which can help avoid payment declines.

If your payment is unsuccessful, please try one of the following options:

  • Use PayPal (recommended if you have an account)
  • Try a different credit or debit card
  • Pay without a PayPal account:
    1. Select PayPal at checkout
    2. Click “Complete Order”
    3. You will be redirected to a page where you can choose to pay with PayPal or a credit/debit card (no PayPal account required)

Step 1: Select PayPal at checkout (even if you don’t have a PayPal account).

 

Step 2: Click “Pay with Debit or Credit Card.”

Step 3: Enter your card details and complete your order.


How to Use a Coupon Code

Follow these steps to apply your discount:

Step 2: Proceed to the checkout page.

Step 3: Enter your coupon code and click “Apply” 

 

Credit Card Payment Failed

If your credit card payment fails, please try the following:

  1. Contact your card issuer to find out why the payment was declined, or try a different card.

  2. Double-check that your card number, expiration date, and other details are entered correctly.

  3. Make sure your card has sufficient available balance and has not reached its limit.

  4. Verify that your card is valid and active.

  5. Confirm that all verification information (such as CVV and billing details) is correct.

  6. Contact your bank to ensure that international transactions are enabled and that there are no limits on the transaction amount.
