Leonx Dirt Bike Limited Warranty
All Leonx dirt bikes are covered by a one (1) year, all-inclusive manufacturer’s limited warranty against manufacturing defects for the original purchaser.
1. Warranty Activation & Eligibility
Upon receiving the product, the original purchaser must activate the warranty by:
- Visiting the official Leonx website
- Scanning the QR code located on the bike frame
Warranty activation requires submission of the original order information.
This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Important Conditions
- Leonx does not allow warranty transfers.
- Warranty coverage applies only to purchases made through official Leonx sales channels.
- Products purchased through unauthorized sellers or third-party platforms are not eligible for warranty coverage.
Second-Hand Purchases
If you purchased a second-hand Leonx dirt bike, you must provide the original order information for verification.
If the bike is recorded as stolen in our system, it will not qualify for warranty coverage.
2. Covered Products
Leonx will repair or replace any component determined to be defective due to manufacturing defects, including shipping-related damage (subject to the shipping policy below), excluding user-caused damage.
Coverage is subject to the terms outlined below.
Frame
Leonx dirt bike frames are covered by a one (1) year replacement warranty.
Coverage includes:
- Replacement frame only
Not included:
- Labor costs associated with transferring components to a replacement frame
An authorized Leonx service representative will determine whether a frame qualifies for replacement.
Frame Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Corrosion
- Paint fading, scratches, or cosmetic damage
- Impact damage
- Non-reversible modifications (e.g., drilling or welding)
- Frame-mounted chain guards (if applicable)
Batteries
Leonx dirt bike batteries are covered by a one (1) year prorated limited warranty.
During the first year:
- A defective battery will be repaired or replaced at no cost.
- The warranty period for repaired or replaced batteries remains based on the original purchase date.
Battery defects must be evaluated and confirmed exclusively by Leonx.
Battery Warranty Exclusions
This Limited Warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from:
- Accidents, abuse, misuse, or abnormal use (including stunt riding, racing, or other activities inconsistent with intended use)
- Improper storage
- Exposure to liquids, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand, or dirt
- Unauthorized modifications
- Cosmetic damage not caused by Leonx
- Removal, alteration, or damage to serial numbers or barcodes
- Normal wear and tear
- Use of non-approved accessories or equipment
- Improper assembly, installation, service, or repair inconsistent with the Owner’s Manual
- External causes (collision, fire, flood, lightning, theft, improper electrical sources, etc.)
Additional Battery-Specific Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Use of an incompatible or improper charger
- Improper charging practices
- Broken or tampered battery seals
- Use of the battery in equipment other than the designated Leonx dirt bike
Parts & Components
Original Leonx parts and components are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty.
If more than 15 days have passed since delivery, shipping costs for replacement parts within the warranty period will be the customer’s responsibility.
Parts & Components Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Corrosion due to environmental exposure
- Cosmetic deterioration or aesthetic damage
- Labor charges for part replacement
- Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or abnormal use
- Unauthorized modifications
- Improper assembly or servicing inconsistent with official instructions
- External causes (fire, flood, theft, weather damage, etc.)
- Normal wear and tear not caused by manufacturing defects
Wear and tear assessments are determined by Leonx.
3. Warranty Service
If you experience an issue covered under warranty, please contact:

- A brief description of the problem
Leonx will not process warranty replacements without visual documentation.
4. Parts & Labor
Leonx will provide necessary replacement parts and installation guidance.
In most cases, defective parts are not required to be returned unless otherwise specified.
Do-It-Yourself (DIY) Parts Service
If eligible, Leonx may ship replacement parts directly to you with installation instructions.
Leonx reserves the right to determine whether labor costs associated with DIY service will be covered.
5. Repairs Outside Warranty
If your issue is not covered under warranty, replacement parts may still be purchased directly from Leonx at competitive manufacturer pricing.

6. Return Authorization Policy
Leonx does not accept returns without prior written authorization.
Please contact service@leonx.com before initiating any return.
7. Shipping Damage Policy
Shipping damage is not covered under this Limited Warranty; however, Leonx will replace covered components damaged during shipping if you:
- Notify Leonx within seven (7) days of delivery
- Provide dated photographic evidence of the damage
- Note visible damage on the carrier’s Bill of Lading before signing
Shipping damage claims are time-sensitive. Inspect your bike immediately upon delivery.
If you arrange independent shipping (e.g., freight forwarders), Leonx is not responsible for damage incurred during such transport.
8. Credit Card Chargebacks
If a dirt bike purchase becomes subject to a credit card chargeback and you retain possession of the product, this Limited Warranty will be suspended until the chargeback is fully resolved.
9. Claims Procedure
Leonx will not replace covered components without prior review of photos or video evidence.

- If replacement is required, instructions will be provided.
- After receiving the replacement component, support will assist with installation guidance.
10. Limitation of Liability
The remedies described herein are the sole and exclusive remedies available under this Limited Warranty.
Under no circumstances shall Leonx’s liability exceed the actual amount paid for the dirt bike.
Leonx shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or punitive damages, whether direct or indirect.
Some states do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages; therefore, these limitations may not apply to you.
11. Legal Rights
This Limited Warranty grants you specific legal rights. You may also have additional rights that vary by state.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Leonx disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, beyond the duration of this express Limited Warranty.
Some states do not permit limitations on implied warranties, so these limitations may not apply to you.
