Black X1 MAX: Customers who place their orders before June are expected to receive their X1 MAX around the end of June.
Camo X1 MAX: Customers who place their orders before June are expected to receive their X1 MAX around July.
Shipping Delay Notice
Due to the rapid increase in order volume within a short period of time, some X1 MAX Dirt eBike orders have experienced shipping delays. We sincerely apologize to all affected customers for this inconvenience.
In response, LEONX has taken immediate action, including:
- Significantly increasing production scheduling and capacity allocation
- Optimizing supply chain coordination and warehouse operations
We are actively working to shorten delivery timelines, and shipping performance is expected to improve noticeably in the near future.
