    The S1 Max is equipped with a specially tuned 60V 80A intelligent high-performance controller (100A peak output), with bus current reaching up to 100A.

    The drivetrain is optimized with a 53:10 gear ratio, striking the ideal balance between explosive power and efficiency. This delivers smoother, more linear acceleration while maintaining strong high-speed extension and impressive low-end torque.

    It features 0.5 m² high-spec wiring, and all output ports are sealed using waterproof and dustproof industrial-grade sealing technology to enhance durability and environmental adaptability.

    Whether riding through mud, sand, or challenging terrain, the system performs with confidence.

    Mid-Drive Motor

    The S1 Max features a custom high-performance mid-drive motor, supporting peak controller phase current up to 210A.

    The motor is equipped with 35mm high-performance magnets, utilizing grade 38 magnetic material and a 5-pole-pair design, achieving an outstanding balance between power density and response speed.

    With an IP67 waterproof rating, the motor coils and Hall sensors can withstand temperatures up to 356℉, delivering exceptional thermal resistance and operational stability.

    Through the highly efficient synergy of the controller, battery, and motor system, total system output reaches an impressive 6000W of peak power.

    1. Does my height suit the S1?

    The recommended rider height is 4'2" - 6'0".
    2. Do I need to assemble the bike?

    We have already assembled 90% of the bike. You just need to tighten the wheel bolts, install the seat, and attach a few small components, and you'll be ready to go.
    3. Why did I buy two e-bikes but only receive one tracking number or have them arrive at different times?

    Since each e-bike is shipped separately, it’s possible that due to the shipping carrier, they may arrive at different times. Please don’t worry. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our customer service department for the latest updates.

    Maintenance & Accessories

    1. Daily Maintenance

    After heavy use, it’s recommended to clean and lubricate key components such as the chain, hubs, and suspension. For long-term storage, make sure to inflate the tires to prevent deformation.
    2. Battery Maintenance

    If not in use for an extended period, store the battery in a cool, dry place. Disconnect the cables to avoid excessive discharge, and charge the battery at least once every two months, keeping it between 60% and 80% charged.
    3. Can Replacement Parts or Accessories Be Purchased Separately?

    Yes, we offer compatible accessories and replacement parts. If you are using third-party modification parts, please ensure their compatibility with our products.
